Cashflow in the real world - Late Payers: playing the game to win
Poor cashflow management causes the majority of business failures but conventional concepts and advice may not be enough in the real world anymore.
Late payment is a major problem for small businesses. In the UK, they have brought in legislation to address the problem!
In this session, we will look at ways you can organise your business so that you can effectively plan for delayed cashflow from clients.
We’ll look at real-life examples and give you tips and ideas to take back to your business so that you can better plan your workflow to protect your flow of cash.
These intensive workouts will run for 30 minutes. Spaces are strictly limited.
To avoid dreary presentations, each session will have at least one music-related question with spot prizes for those who can answer them!
